■ 个人简介/Biography-Short  Description



Dr. Roy Nigaard is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Materials Science at Shenzhen MSU-BIT University (SMBU). He earned his Bachelor's degree in Chemical and Environmental Engineering from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas in 2015, followed by his Master's degree (2017) and Ph.D. in Solid State Chemistry (2021) from the Higher School of Materials Science at Lomonosov Moscow State University. His research focuses on functional oxide thin films, multiferroic heterostructures, hard-magnetic nanocomposites, and high-frequency terahertz spintronics, with specialized expertise in Thread-Solution-Feed MOCVD (TSF-MOCVD). Dr. Nygaard holds 2 registered patents on gas-phase chemical reactor precursor delivery systems, and has authored numerous research articles in leading international journals including Materials Horizons, ACS Applied Electronic Materials, and Journal of Alloys and Compounds.
